Game preview
Orlando Magic (31-28) vs Washington Wizards (16-44) — The Magic host the struggling Wizards in a game where Orlando is favored. The Wizards are severely shorthanded with Anthony Davis and Cam Whitmore out for the season, and Trae Young sidelined until at least March 5th. Alex Sarr is also out, while Anthony Gill, D'Angelo Russell, Kyshawn George, and Tristan Vukcevic are all questionable or GTD. This decimated roster means players like Jaden Hardy and Danté Exum could see significant boosts in usage for Washington. Orlando, meanwhile, will be without Franz Wagner until at least March 11th, but Paolo Banchero (21.78 PPG, 8.53 RPG) is a strong presence on both ends and a top DFS option. Jalen Suggs (5.25 APG) will look to facilitate. With Washington's defensive woes (123.0 points conceded per game) and numerous injuries, Orlando's healthy starters, especially Paolo Banchero, are in a prime spot.
